How does millennial employee job satisfaction affect performance?

Purpose This study aims to test and analyze the effect of continuous commitment, task complexity, competence personal value on employee performance millennial intervening job satisfaction. Design/methodology/approach research method is quantitative with a sequential explanatory design, then data collection through questionnaire, sample 205 respondents—data analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) software Linear Relationship (LISREL). Findings The results employees work satisfaction showed that commitment (2.49), complexity (2.74) professional (2.0) had significant effect. means will increase if they get With satisfaction, are high. While for have direct influence, only (2.27) (4.06) significant. as high characterized by intellectual, emotional mood attitude, owned employees, resulting increased even complex tasks. Research limitations/implications findings this significance enhancing organizational so businesses can maximize paying attention values. Originality/value research's contribution workers help them improve develop their performance, allowing compete more effectively.
